Nancy L. Wade Bloomington- Nancy L. Wade, 62,of Bloomington passed away at 6:23pm on Monday,January 31st 2011 at her residence. Funeral services will be held on Wednesday, February 9, 2011 at 5:00 p.m. at Kibler-Smith Memorial Home in Bloomington. Pastor William L. Johnson will officiate. Visitation will be held from 3-5 p.m. on Wednesday at the funeral home. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Nancy’s name are requested to be made to the family and may be sent to Senny Caldwell 1418 W Grove Street, Bloomington, IL 61701. Nancy was born on June 5th 1948 daughter to John Caldwell and Verscine Marie Hall- in Bloomington, IL, where she was one of seven children. Nancy married Raymond H. Wade from Tuskegee, AL in August 15, 1975. She leaves behind three sons, Michael (Rhonda) Caldwell of Bloomington, John Caldwell of Springfield, and Julian Ray Wade of Phoenix, AZ. One niece, Brandy Berry, of Houston, TX to whom she raised. Three sisters, Verscine “Senny” Caldwell, Patricia “Patty” Smith, and Virginia "Genny” Caldwell, all of Bloomington. Three brothers Jerry Caldwell of Bloomington, Donny (Nona) Caldwell of Peoria, and Simon (Candice) Caldwell also of Peoria. Two Aunts, Lorabella( Wyatt) Davis, Roberta Jumper and a Great Cousin Beatrice Rusk. Seven grandchildren. Three great grandchildren, a host of nieces and nephews and cousins. In addition to her husband Raymond, Nancy was preceded in death by her parents and a cousin. Nancy was a long time employee of wildwood industries before becoming injured and retiring in 1988. She enjoyed cooking, working puzzles, and spending time with her family and friends, especially her grandchildren. Nancy had been in and out of the hospital over the last few years before passing on January 31. She was a member of Loving Missionary Baptist Church in Bloomington.
