Pearl N. Nohl
Eureka- Pearl N. Nohl, 87, of Eureka IL formerly of Deer Creek, IL passed away on Wednesday, January 13, 2010 at the Eureka Apostolic Christian Home where she was a resident.
She was born on April 10, 1922 in Wolcott, IN a daughter of Harvey and Sophie Oberlander Klopfenstein. She married Ivan Nohl on January 9, 1942 in Morton, IL. He passed away on December 16, 2001.
Survivors include three sons, Steven (Valerie) Nohl of Tremont, IL; Ivan “Dean” (Tammy) Nohl of Mackinaw, IL; Earl (Phyllis) Nohl of Deer Creek, IL; two sisters, Wilma Knapp of Eureka, IL; Violet Kyburz of Remington, IN; one brother, Levi “Bud” (Fran)Klopfenstein of Wolcott, IN; twelve grandchildren and twenty-four great grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, one brother, and five sisters.
Pearl was a homemaker.
She was a member of the Goodfield Apostolic Christian Church where funeral services will be held at 10:00 am on Saturday, January 16, 2010. Church ministers will officiate. Visitation will be held on Friday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at the Goodfield Apostolic Christian Fellowship Hall and again from 9-9:45 am on Saturday at the church. Burial will be in Goodfield/Congerville Apostolic Cemetery. Argo-Ruestman-Harris Funeral Home is handling the arrangements.
