To all my cousins-in-law! I can not help smiling every time I think of your dear Mom! In my mind, she was the "heart" of the Hodel family. I KNOW how happy she is at this very moment, as we have had so many visits about "going home"! She could hardly wait! I can picture her sitting at the feet of Jesus, beside OWL, her Dad & Mom,tj, Rudie & Mary asking a hundred questions of Jesus and all the saints!! She always wanted to know more! We had the best conversations riding back & forth to BSF discussing our lessons. It amazaed me that she was still searching for answers after all the years she spent in reading and rereading her Bible! She shared some of her favorite tapes with me when we discussed particular topics.....she knew, understood, and practiced unconditional love! I will miss her smile, and her questions that made me think. My love, prayers and sympathy to all of you, Jeanni

Condolences to Helen Leman's family Your mother was a Christian role model who was very kind and generous. She and your father took the time to visit with us when were were in Roanoke. Her energy to take on a nursing career after raising ten children is an example of what we should all be doing with our lives. Our warm relationship in your family extended to Rudy and Mary, Happy and Annie, and other dear ones. We truly appreciate all of you. May you find comfort knowing that she is now at home with her Savior. With sympathy and love, Bill and Gail Bradford and family

I worked with Helen in the medical unit at the Pontiac Correctional Center. She was a beautiful woman that made no secret of her love for God and her family. Even though it has been years since I have had contact with her, she has had, and always will have a special place in my heart. She has left a beautiful legacy.
